2、動(dòng)力鼓風(fēng)機的工作：注意觀(guān)察電機電流值和鼓風(fēng)機出口壓力值是否正常。 如果壓力迅速上升或電流值上升，則兩個(gè)進(jìn)氣門(mén)可能未按要求打開(kāi)或未按要求打開(kāi)。 請立即停止檢查，將閥打開(kāi)到規定位置。

2. Operation of power blower: Pay attention to observing whether the motor current value and blower outlet pressure value are normal. If the pressure rises rapidly or the current value increases, the two intake valves may not open as required or not open as required. 氣力輸送設備發(fā)生下列情況，應當采取相應的緊急停止措施：

1、動(dòng)力鼓風(fēng)機的壓力計值、電流值超過(guò)額定值而急速上升，且不下降時(shí)，可以判斷為管道堵塞，緊急停止連續泵的氣閘運轉，必要時(shí)停止動(dòng)力鼓風(fēng)機。

1. When the pressure gauge value and current value of the power blower exceed the rated value and rise rapidly without decreasing, it can be judged as pipeline blockage, and the continuous pump's airlock operation should be stopped urgently. If necessary, the power blower should be stopped.

2、巡邏人員發(fā)現吸塵器嚴重膨脹或嚴重外泄時(shí)，停止連續泵的氣閘器，延遲10~20S停止動(dòng)力鼓風(fēng)機。
