正壓氣力輸送系統離不開(kāi)倉泵

倉泵又稱(chēng)倉式氣力輸送泵、氣化噴射泵或發(fā)送罐,是正壓氣力輸送系統的核心設備,廣泛應用于火電廠(chǎng)除灰、建材、冶金、碼頭、水利水電及建筑工程拌和系統中的粉狀物料輸送。倉泵是一種在高壓下輸送粉狀物料的密相高壓氣力輸送裝置,其輸送過(guò)程是一個(gè)不連續的間歇式正壓氣力輸送過(guò)程。氣力輸送技術(shù)在中國起步于20世紀50年代末,60年代以后倉泵正壓氣力輸送技術(shù)開(kāi)始在國內得到應用。1988年ABB公司的正壓濃相流態(tài)化小倉泵系統進(jìn)入中國市場(chǎng),我國在“八五”、“九五”期間組織了氣力輸送技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品的科技攻關(guān)。

Warehouse pump, also known as warehouse type pneumatic conveying pump, gasification jet pump or sending tank, is the core equipment of positive pressure pneumatic conveying system, widely used in powder material conveying in ash removal, building materials, metallurgy, docks, water conservancy and hydropower, and construction engineering mixing systems in thermal power plants. Warehouse pump is a dense phase high-pressure pneumatic conveying device that transports powdered materials under high pressure, and its conveying process is a discontinuous intermittent positive pressure pneumatic conveying process. Pneumatic conveying technology started in China in the late 1950s, and after the 1960s, positive pressure pneumatic conveying technology with bin pumps began to be applied domestically. In 1988, ABB's positive pressure dense phase fluidized bed small bin pump system entered the Chinese market, and China organized technological breakthroughs in pneumatic conveying technology and products during the "Eighth Five Year Plan" and "Ninth Five Year Plan" periods.

倉泵的主體是一個(gè)能承受一定壓力和溫度的容器。其核心結構包括泵體、流化板、上引管以及氣動(dòng)進(jìn)料閥、氣動(dòng)出料閥、進(jìn)氣閥、二次風(fēng)閥等。流化板設置在泵體下部,壓縮空氣通過(guò)流化板使物料呈流態(tài)化狀態(tài)。上引管與氣動(dòng)出料閥和輸灰管連接。各閥門(mén)由電磁氣動(dòng)換向閥控制。倉泵結合射流技術(shù)與流態(tài)化技術(shù),通過(guò)壓縮空氣將流態(tài)化物料高速輸送至管道,經(jīng)拉法爾管增壓提升動(dòng)能,實(shí)現中長(cháng)距離氣力輸送。

Its core structure includes pump body, fluidized bed, upper inlet pipe, pneumatic feed valve, pneumatic discharge valve, inlet valve, secondary air valve, etc. The fluidized bed is set at the lower part of the pump body, and compressed air passes through the fluidized bed to make the material in a fluidized state. Connect the upper guide pipe to the pneumatic discharge valve and ash conveying pipe. Each valve is controlled by an electromagnetic pneumatic directional valve. The warehouse pump combines jet technology and fluidization technology to transport fluidized materials at high speed to pipelines through compressed air. The kinetic energy is increased by the pressure of the Raphael tube, achieving medium to long distance pneumatic conveying.

Close the high-pressure air valve and discharge valve to allow all compressed air to be used to blow the conveying pipeline. At the same time, open the exhaust valve to reduce the pressure inside the tank to atmospheric pressure. According to the different positions of the discharge ports, bin pumps can be divided into upper discharge bin pumps and lower discharge bin pumps. The warehouse pump adopts a fully sealed and pollution-free transportation method, and the transportation pipeline can be arranged according to the specific terrain to achieve centralized, dispersed, high height, and long-distance transportation. The transportation process is not affected by climatic conditions.
